Because we want to attract students who are dedicated to building a real eCommerce business, we offer a 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee.

Please read the following terms carefully. By enrolling in the bootcamp, you agree to this refund policy.

1. The “Do the Work” Guarantee

We offer a conditional refund within the first 30 days of your purchase. We are strictly looking for your active participation. If you do the work, implement the strategies, and still don’t see the value or get results, we will happily issue a full refund.

If you request a refund without demonstrating that you have completed the coursework and applied the strategies, your request will be automatically denied.

2. Requirements for a Refund

To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request within the 30-day window and provide concrete evidence that you took action on the core curriculum.

You must attach the following proof to your refund request:

  • Course Progress: Proof that you have completed all video lessons and assignments in Modules.

  • Product/Niche Selection: A completed copy of the product research worksheets provided in the course, showing you actively evaluated potential products.

  • Store Setup: A link to your active, published eCommerce store (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) featuring at least 2 imported/created products, a completed homepage, and functional checkout.

  • Traffic/Marketing Effort: Screenshots demonstrating that you launched at least one test marketing campaign (e.g., Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or an active organic social media posting schedule) as taught in the bootcamp.

  • Proof of Seeking Help: Evidence that you asked at least one question in our community group or via support to try and overcome your hurdles before giving up.

Why do we ask for this?

Digital products are instantly accessible and contain our proprietary intellectual property. This policy ensures that students don’t simply download our templates, supplier lists, and blueprints and immediately ask for their money back.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Please note that we will not grant refunds under the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind, realized building an eCommerce business takes work, or decided you don’t have the time to complete the program.

  • You are claiming financial hardship after making the purchase.

  • You downloaded the supplementary materials (swipe files, templates, supplier lists) but did not complete the required action steps listed above.

  • Your refund request is submitted after the 30-day guarantee window has passed.

4. Payment Plans

If you enrolled using a payment plan, you are responsible for all scheduled payments unless you successfully claim an action-based refund within the initial guarantee window.

  • Stopping your payment plan or removing your card from file without an approved refund request does not cancel your financial obligation.

  • In the event of a failed payment, access to the bootcamp, community, and resources will be revoked until the account is brought current.

5. How to Submit Your Request

If you have done the work and wish to claim your refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the email address used to purchase the bootcamp.

  3. Attach all required screenshots, links, and worksheets outlined in Section 2.

  4. Provide a brief explanation of what didn’t work for you so we can improve the curriculum.

Our team will carefully review your submitted materials within 3 to 5 business days. If your request meets all the requirements, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to settle in your account.
